Cafe du Parc seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to provide exceptional guest experiences, lead food service, and train staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
* Lead food service within operating procedures.
* Assist in training and developing the team.
* Delegate responsibilities to individual team members.
* Maximise sales opportunities.
* Ensure presentation and cleanliness standards are met.
* Deal with customer queries and complaints.
* Assist in managing and training staff.
About You:
* Motivate, organise, lead, and supervise a team.
* Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
* Confidence in carrying out briefings and meetings with the Team.
* Previous experience in high volume/fast-paced hospitality environment.
