Located in Dublin 14, we are recruiting Part-time and Full-time Service Centre Administrators to join our team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
This role involves daily interaction with internal staff, external clients and business partners.
* Reception duties include answering phones, directing calls and taking messages.
* General administration tasks include filing, photocopying, scanning and recording timesheets.
* You will also be responsible for booking taxis, couriers, restaurants, travel and accommodation.
* Meeting room setup, including tea and coffee facilities.
* You must accurately enter all relevant information from calls, emails, mail and verbal communication into our Computer Aided Facility Management System.
* Follow up and reconcile all incoming documentation and information to ensure accuracy.
* Run reports on our system to monitor work order status and bill approved work orders in a timely manner.
* Review WIP files received by accounts and take prompt action to close and bill open work orders.
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks for our mobile team and specialist contractors.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required by your line manager.
Requirements
* A fast-paced Service Desk environment is desirable.
* Familiarity with facilities administration would be an advantage.
* Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Word and Excel are essential.
* Awareness of good health and safety practice is required.
