Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant
We are a consultancy delivering a variety of planning, economic and environmental services to public and private sector clients. Our professionals provide evidence-based solutions in policy formulation and project delivery.
The role involves administration and operations support to our multi-disciplinary team and finance record keeping. We are a busy consultancy providing expertise and solutions to diverse clients.
The Role Specifics
* Administration support to operations including insurance, tendering, HR & IT.
* Office management and support in running office facilities and day to day tasks
* Sales/Purchases invoicing, debtors and creditors management, banking and accounts on SAGE.
* Project management system update, project tracking, support to management team.
* Coordinate & Liaise with External IT support.
* Seeking candidates with:
* Administration experience in an office environment
* Bookkeeping experience and preferably a qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Good organisational and coordinating skills, multi-task different projects and activities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude, willing and able to work with others.
* Excellent MS office skills Word, Excel
* Some experience of SAGE or similar accounting package
