We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Google Paid Ads Manager to join our agile marketing team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that suits someone who is technical, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment where B2B marketing is king.
You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional agile team, working across three-week sprints to manage Google Ads budgets in excess of €50,000/month on behalf of ambitious B2B clients. You’ll play a critical role in defining PPC strategies, executing highly-targeted campaigns, and delivering meaningful analysis and reporting—always focused on quality of leads over simple volume.
This role is remote-first, with the flexibility to work from your home office and an expectation to attend no more than two in-person team days per month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns with monthly client advertising budgets.
* Develop high-performance, lead-focused PPC strategies tailored to B2B client goals.
* Collaborate with an agile cross-functional squad (designers, SEO, account leads, and content) in fast-paced, structured three-week sprints.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, ad copywriting, audience targeting and bid optimisation.
* Deliver visual, data-rich campaign performance reports and present actionable insights to clients with professionalism and polish.
* Drive continuous improvement and testing—always focused on ROI and lead quality.
* Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your Google Ads knowledge and best practices to elevate the entire team’s digital maturity.
* Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads innovations, industry changes, and PPC trends.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency or high-performance in-house team.
* Proven track record managing paid media budgets of €50,000+ per month.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the value of qualified leads.
* Experience delivering campaigns that drive real commercial outcomes — not vanity metrics.
* Highly analytical, comfortable reviewing data and making data-informed decisions.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while highly collaborative within virtual sprint teams.
* Strong communicator: able to speak confidently and clearly with clients at all levels.
* Agile, adaptable, and able to execute in a structured sprint workflow environment.
* Openness to learning across other paid channels such as Meta and LinkedIn.
