We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently.
Role Overview:
As a Financial Planning Consultant at Walfrid Private, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing top-notch financial services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
* Develop and implement customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
* Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, such as pension, investment and protection products.
* Stay current on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
* Actively identify sales opportunities from inbound enquiries.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as business development and broker support teams, to ensure holistic and integrated financial solutions for clients.
* Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.
Key Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Financial Advisor, ideally with a brokerage.
* Previous experience advising on pension, protection and investment products in the Irish market is a must.
* QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) certification is required.
* Additional qualifications such as RPA, SIA, or CFP are highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
* Proven ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
