Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate officers on the team responsible for client onboarding and governance processes.
* Maintain and develop client relationships from onboarding to launch of fund structure.
* Ensure effective coordination of various tasks involved at entity setup phase, liaising with third-party service providers and internal teams.
* Oversight of onboarding functions, including review of client information and due diligence/KYC documents.
* Form collaborative relationships with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness.
* Identify areas for process improvement and provide training and support to the team.
* Accountability for onboarding process from outset through to launch of fund structure.
* Ensure internal policies and procedures are consistently reviewed and adhered to.

Technical Knowledge
* Prior experience in contract negotiations, legal entity formation requirements across various jurisdictions.
* Exposure to Compliance, AML, and KYC regulatory frameworks across the EU.
* Familiarity with key concepts of the AIFM Directive.
* High level of attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
