Our client is currently recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support their HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive people management strategies that align with the overall strategic objectives of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to make staffing decisions by assessing needs and objectives, and supporting the recruitment & selection process.
* Design, develop and implement employee engagement programs and HR Initiatives related to site HR strategy.
* Provide guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, discipline and performance.
* Collaborate with department managers to ensure adherence to local/national, European and corporate HR policies and laws.

* Develop and coordinate communications programs to maintain harmonious employee relations.
* Lead the Performance Management process for respective sites and ensure all Divisional due dates are met.
* Ensure all applicable legal requirements are met and work closely with Legal counsel on situations posing a litigation risk or other liability.
* Proactively identify potential employee initiatives through functional management and employee meetings.
* Maintain accurate job documentation systems by conducting job analyses, determining status and grade, and auditing the system regularly.
* Work closely with the HR Central team and site leaders to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
* Prepare monthly HR metrics relating to areas of responsibility.
* Conduct all aspects of the job with appropriate confidentiality and sensitivity to employee and organizational data.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area.
* 4-6 years of Business HR experience and experience in one other HR specialization.
* A passion for people combined with strong business acumen, and a preference for working in fast-paced environments.
