Overview:
The FRS Systems Transformation Program is a high-impact project that requires a skilled Business Analyst to document functional specifications, review and improve end-to-end business processes, ensure technical solutions align with business needs, and support operational resources in test script documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document functional specifications.
• Review and improve end-to-end business processes.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business needs and support in translating business needs to system requirements.
• Support operational resources in test script documentation.
• Process mapping and documentation.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development in training needs analysis and content creation.
• Collaborate with Change Manager to enable change and align with strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of both technical and business processes.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile project teams is a plus.
• Software experience desirable, including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, CRM, PowerApps, JIRA, PowerBI, Jet Reports, and MS Office.
Reporting:
The Business Analyst will report directly to the Group Head of Business Improvement, ensuring that if there is a momentary dip in workload across the Systems Transformation Program, the resource can be deployed to support other business units.
