Advocacy Services are also provided by the Law Department Solicitors in Judicial Review, Circuit and High Court proceedings, together with file preparation and advocacy services for the Council's Finance Department for debt collection financial recovery.General advisory services are also provided to all departments within the Council under the direction of the Law Agent.The Executive Solicitor will be required to work under the supervision and direction of the Law Agent. He/she will also be required at times to work independently under his/her initiative as circumstances demand.The office is whole-time, permanent and pensionable. A panel will be formed to fill permanent and temporary vacancies.
