Job Description
We are seeking an efficient and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage our reception and provide ongoing support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a switchboard and greet visitors, delivering a positive first impression of the company.
* Maintain a neat and professional working environment, including the reception area and meeting rooms.
* Handle travel arrangements, stationery supplies, post, couriers, taxis, and other management requests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception and administration tasks, such as scanning, filing, franking, and label printing.
* Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent telephone manner.
* Good attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks.
* Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Exposure to general finance administrative tasks is an advantage.
* Utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work.
* Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
