Job Description
A market-leading retailer is seeking an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to join their vibrant and innovative Marketing team based in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shopper Marketing Strategy
o Develop and deliver impactful in-store shopper marketing communications and engagement plans that resonate with customers.
o Lead and enhance customer touchpoint mapping and output planning to ensure seamless shopper experiences.
* Campaign Execution
o Plan and execute customer activations and in-store events that align with broader brand campaigns.
o Create and manage customer experience collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Stakeholder Collaboration
o Serve as the primary point of contact for all category, in-store, and site refresh projects, collaborating across teams to gather requirements and brief the Brand Team on design needs.
o Communicate Shopper Marketing activities effectively to stores and operations teams, while actively seeking feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Operational Excellence
o Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency within the Shopper Marketing function.
o Oversee and manage agency relationships, including Print, Design, and Experiential partners.
o Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across print and experiential activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader with a passion for retail and shopper engagement.
* The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within a large national retailer or a global FMCG organisation.
* Possess a deep understanding of retail operations and the ever-evolving omnichannel landscape.
* Excel at building and maintaining relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, adeptly managing priorities and aligning goals.
* Experience in loyalty programs is desirable.
* Have proven experience managing large budgets and coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Have experience leading a direct report and nurturing their career progression.
