On One Identity's Business Development team you will learn everything you need to know about sales amongst the highest achieving sales reps in the tech space. We guarantee lots of challenges, growth and learning within our world class team. As a One Identity Business Development Representative (BDR), you will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business. This is a pivotal role within our sales organization as you would be one of the first touch points for prospects, setting the tone for the sales cycle and future customer relationships.

This position is based in our Dublin, OH office, with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and prioritize inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
2. Respond to sales phone calls, sales emails and live website chat
3. Research accounts and leads to identify contacts and triggers for tailored outreach
4. Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
5. Use calls, emails and social platforms to connect and engage with prospects
6. Use automation tools to ensure a consistent and scalable cadence of touch points
7. Deliver high quality meetings to account executives by following qualification criteria
8. Develop specific daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics to help you achieve targets
9. Collaborate with account executives on a daily basis
10. Leverage lead generation programs, content and events provided by the marketing team
Qualifications
1. Passion for sales
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. An eagerness to learn, you are curious and customer-centric
4. A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude, you are highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets
5. A commitment to team and company success, you are a team player who wants to contribute and learn from others
6. Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and education
7. Must be able to work in our Dublin, OH office
Preferences
1. Experience in a fast-paced prospecting/outbound sales development role
2. 6+ months of experience in an IT Sales related environment
3. Passion for sales and SaaS technology
4. Salesforce or other CRM experience
