Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This
role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for digital
marketing. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organizing online
events, editing video content, tracking website engagement, and proposing data-driven online ad
campaigns. Experience with WordPress and setting up micro-sites will be highly valued.
Our role is part time (10-12 hours a week) and is fully remote with fleibility on how the hours are structured.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a virtual online event each month.
Manage event promotion, registrations, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with speakers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Video Editing and Content Management:
Edit and produce engaging video content for campaigns and events.
Ensure brand consistency across all video materials.
Collaborate with team members to integrate video content into broader marketing
strategies.
Website Engagement and Analytics:
Track and analyze engagement metrics on the website.
Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
Suggest and implement online ad campaigns based on data insights.
WordPress and Micro-Sites:
Set up and manage micro-sites as needed for campaigns or events.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring functionality and performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments or freelance
contributors.
Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless communication between all
stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
Proven experience in digital marketing coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with WordPress, including micro-site setup and management.
Experience with online event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, or equivalent).
Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Experience in Linkedin and social selling is desired but not essential.
Experience in regtargeting websites from other platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
