Job Overview
The Branch Support Advisor is a key role in the company, responsible for renewing and selling Personal Lines, Farm, and Commercial Business.
The primary function of this role is to assist Branches in achieving their Renewal and New Business targets while delivering exceptional customer care service that produces agreed sales results and enhances the FBD Brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Renew and sell Personal Lines, Farm, and Commercial Business
* Assist Branches in achieving Renewal and New Business targets
* Deliver superior and efficient customer care service
* Participate in and complete new business campaigns when required
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of FBD products and systems
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (advantageous)
* Qualification as Approved Product Advisor (APA), Approved Product Professional (APP), or Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) (desired)
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or relevant third-level qualification
Desirable Skills
* Previous insurance/financial services experience
* Sales/customer service experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
