Opportunity: Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover

This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Agribusiness team to take a lead in driving and owning the effective management of the debt collection function, while developing strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in Aurivo House Sligo, hybrid working options are available with this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure credit control procedures and processes are followed correctly throughout the business
2. Enhance the process associated with the approval and monitoring of customer credit limits to ensure its effective management
3. Monitoring targets and proactively acting on variances
4. Identification and escalation of bad debt
5. Relationship management with a broad range of stakeholders
6. Working closely with our Store and Farm Commercial Specialist network
7. Provide administrative support to the credit management function as required
8. Support customer retention and maintain customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have

3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
4. A high level of enthusiasm and ability to work on one's own initiative
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
7. Considerable experience with customer negotiations
8. Creative & innovative individual with a strong ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
9. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP systems
10. Knowledge of credit-related laws desirable
