About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a workspace optimisation project for a well-established organisation. This role involves managing a significant office reconfiguration, ensuring efficient use of space, energy efficiency, and minimal disruption to operations. You will work closely with internal teams, landlords, and external stakeholders to deliver a modern, flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Management Define objectives, timelines, and budgets while overseeing workspace redesign.
* Budget Oversight Track costs, approve payments, and identify savings without compromising quality.
* Workplace Optimisation Manage office moves, staff engagement, and workspace re configurations.
* Stakeholder Coordination Act as the key point of contact between landlords, sub-tenants, and senior management.
* Risk & Compliance Ensure health and safety regulations, ICT relocations, and operational continuity.
* Project Handover Manage project completion, snag lists, and final evaluations.
What You Need
* Experience managing complex office moves, workplace redesign, or facilities projects.
* Strong understanding of stakeholder management, budgeting, and compliance.
* Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate timelines, and solve problems effectively.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office 365 and workplace collaboration tools.
