Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
* Management, training, and development of a team of chefs, baristas, and catering assistants.
* Enhancement of customer experience through continuous improvement and adherence to high standards.
* Budget management, financial forecasting, and cost efficiency.
* Collaboration with the Head Chef on menu planning and food operations.
* Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Resolution of client and customer feedback to drive service excellence.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Promotion of business growth through innovation, leadership, and strategic planning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hospitality or catering management, preferably in a corporate setting.
