As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to help them develop and execute people strategies that align with their business goals and values.
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee and drive the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. This role will play a key role in shaping the organizational culture, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting the growth and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance issues, and employee concerns.
3. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, provide coaching to managers, and foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
4. Training & Development: Identify training needs and work with leadership to develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
5. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR best practices and legal requirements. Update and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
6. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, conduct salary benchmarking, and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Oversee benefits administration.
7. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications, such as CIPD, preferred).
2. 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
5. Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives across multiple teams.
6. Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
