Job Description
The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will work closely with the HR Team to manage our Student Placement and Graduate placement programmes. They will support the identification of top talent for the organisation and proactively manage a diverse talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhance Employer Brand: Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to attract high-quality candidates, including College Placement Students and Graduates.
2. Build University Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and career services to uncover opportunities for sourcing top graduate talent.
3. Coordinate Career Fairs: Coordinate and oversee logistics for career fairs, including event planning and reservations.
4. Represent the Company: Represent Walls Construction at career fairs, showcasing the company's opportunities.
5. Manage Placement Programmes: Manage our College Student Placement programme and Graduate Placement programme.
6. Advertise Opportunities: Advertise placement opportunities and Graduate positions with relevant colleges.
7. Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding of student placements, including organizing end-of-placement presentations.
8. Ensure Reviews are Completed: Ensure that reviews are completed for Students before their leaving date.
9. Input New Starter Details: Input new starter details on the HR system and collate and follow up on documentation, training certificates, etc., required.
10. Sourcign Qualified Candidates: Source qualified candidates, review CVs, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
11. Manage Candidate Communications: Manage communications with candidates regarding progress and outcomes of interviews.
12. Coordinate Onboarding Activities: Coordinate key activities associated with the onboarding process.
13. Assist with Work Permit Applications: Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
14. Manage Agency Partnerships: Manage relations with agency partners through proactive engagement.
15. Maintain Recruitment Systems: Maintain recruitment systems on a daily/weekly basis to ensure information is kept up-to-date for weekly and monthly reports.
16. Engage with the Wider HR Team: Engage with the wider HR team and relevant Site Teams ahead of new joiners starting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
17. Raise PO Requests: Raise PO requests to ensure timely payment of recruitment invoices.
18. Post Recruitment Adverts: Post recruitment adverts across all relevant social media platforms, job boards, etc.
19. Monitor the Recruitment Mailbox: Monitor the recruitment mailbox.
20. Stay Up-to-date with Recruitment Trends: Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices and actively participate in initiatives to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our sourcing, recruitment, and hiring processes.
21. Conduct Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews and develop quarterly and annual reports.
