Lead SAP design, development, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules and subcomponents.Essential Functions:Knowledgeable in areas such as RAR, intercompany accounting, VKOA configurations, Tax accounting, and Legal Entity accounting (Statutory accounting)Review design specifications and lead the implementation of configuration changes in SAPDefine business and systems strategy, develop system requirements, and conduct system prototypingPerform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processesResolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practicesCreate and update project charter and scope documentsPartner with stakeholders to identify areas to expand the use of technology to improve operationsCollaborate with the SAP technical team and other stakeholders to coordinate resource allocation across a large project portfolioProvide thought leadership, drive business results, and provide expertise and guidance to monitor and manage the effectiveness of data, technology, and process outcomesWork to align strategic goals with SAP technology to achieve desired business outcomesAnalyze, define, and develop SAP solutions and work collaboratively with project management, functional, and technical teams to ensure projects align with governance and strategic business requirementsRequired Skills:7+ years of functional SAP experience in Finance modulesDetailed understanding of the SAP component area relevant to the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI) integrationExperience with SAP Record to Report areas, Functional Areas, Statutory Accounting, and Financial ModulesStrong knowledge of Cost Accounting, and production order costing procedures in SAPKnowledge of systems and/or business analysis design conceptsDemonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis toolsAbility to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessionsAbility to carry out detailed system design and write specs for development. Capable of performing configuration changes and/or prepare design specifications for ABAP programsStrong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills for analyzing and evaluating major SAP business requirements of varying complexity.
