Facilities Site Supervisor
Cpl are delighted to partner with a client to source an experienced Site Facilities Lead for their Bulk Chemical Manufacturing site in Dublin 24.
This is a full-time day shift position working on-site Monday to Friday.
A qualified and experienced facilities professional looking for a new challenge with a heritage brand in Chemical and Adhesive manufacturing may be interested in this opportunity.
The role is part of a team of 5 Engineering Leaders, each with their own portfolio on the site, reporting to the site Director of Engineering.
Eligibility for full-time employment in Ireland, a suitable qualification, and at least 5 years of Facilities Leadership experience are required.
Job Description and Scope
As the site Facilities Manager for the Tallaght plant, you will provide resources for integrating new facilities and operations into the client site structure.
The key deliverables include:
* Managing resources to ensure an effective and professional facilities management service company-wide, aligned with company goals and strict international safety standards.
* Site Services ownership, including:
o Buildings and general facilities and utilities.
o Yards, Car parks, Electrical, gas, water, supply & distribution, compressors, boiler, chillers, alarms, lighting, heating, UPS, bunds, storage tanks, HVAC, ventilation, surface & foul water drainage, Fire water & sprinkler systems.
o Building management system, environmental systems, and external contractors.
o Cleaning, security, contractor's on-site and general visitors, landscaping, CCTV & site access control.
* Managing facility projects installations to ensure timely completion, within budget, and in a safe and responsible manner without impacting site efficiency or the local community.
* Monitoring workload and managing resources to complete all agreed targets.
* Taking a leadership role in introducing and developing facility strategies and management systems company-wide.
* Ensuring necessary regulatory services, permits, permissions, registers & calibrations certificates are in place & up to date.
* Maintaining compliance, certification, and calibration to related regulatory & statutory directives, acts, laws, standards & guidance's.
To achieve these objectives, appropriate capital and maintenance schedules will be agreed and implemented with management.
