We are looking for a Senior Analyst within KYC Advisory! This is a meaningful role where you will be required to monitor and assesses risk exposure, taking appropriate action and/or escalating as appropriate.Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:Supports the implementation and/or delivery of risk management projects or initiatives as outlined by the Group Non-- Financial Risk strategy (e.g. Risk and Control Assessment, Risk Event Management, Governance Reporting etc.)Collaborates with senior colleagues when acting as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the CRO organization, and for Divisional/Functional contactsIdentifies opportunities to enhance risk models and policies, creates recommendations, leads the development and implementation of projectsDevelops up-to-date understanding of LSEG Risk Profile, any applicable rules or legislation as well as compliance requirements and external best practiceSupports the implementation and maintenance of applicable policies, procedures, controls and ensures adherence within own teamContributes to the development of Risk Analysts and/or Senior Analysts, where applicable (e.g. mentoring, training)Qualifications & Experience:Relevant previous experience, ideally in Financial Services Previous stakeholder management and leadership experienceStrong KYC Knowledge across all entity typesGood communication skillsAble to work within a team and siloKYC experience of 5 years +Provide guidance, knowledge sharing with junior team membersProblem solvingStrong analytical skillsAble to work under pressure and time constraintsABOUT US:LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is more than a diversified global financial markets infrastructure and data business.
