We are looking for an energetic Assistant Front Office Manager, passionate about providing great customer service experience to our guests.

Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager will assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the front office department. The role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced and dedicated team in a contemporary, chic, and stylish hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure all guests receive a genuine warm, friendly, and courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all department personnel.
2. Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
3. Work with the management team to ensure strong morale amongst the team at all times.
4. Monitor all front office cash transactions, float, and till procedures and ensure that procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
5. Ensure that the front desk is adequately staffed at all times and anticipate the need for additional cover particularly during busy periods.
6. Familiarise departmental staff with sales and promotional principles and promote all outlets in the hotel.
7. Communicate and liaise with the Accommodation Manager/Supervisor in relation to rooms status, VIPs, and allocations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum one year supervisory experience in front office department.
2. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
3. A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
4. The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
