Job description
Reporting to the Country Manager (UK) and Group Head of HR, this role forms part of the Senior Management team and will support the business on all HR and Payroll matters.
Profile
* Exceptional HR Generalist
* Hands on and willing to assist in all matters as required
* CIPD Qualified or equivalent
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of payroll management.
* NGA payroll systems knowledge desirable.
* Autonomous self-starter able to manage own workload
* Exceptional communications skills both written and oral
* Ability to build key stakeholder relationships
Professional requirements
* Working within a retail environment (particularly luxury) is desirable
* Experience of working within a multi brand/matrix environment
* Preference for knowledge of digital / ecommerce aspects of business
* Team management experience
* Expected to travel within UK and overseas as required
* Significant experience working within HR
