**Job Title:** Stoma Clinical Nurse Advisor
Territory: Countrywide excluding Northern Ireland, with a focus on key accounts and regions in the Midlands/Dublin area.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide stoma nursing support services to key customers as part of the Homecare Service rollout.
* To promote the company and its products in a professional manner at all times.
* To establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and target customers.
* To monitor and feedback competitor activity to the business unit manager.
* To provide educational and support services to key customers and medical personnel for stoma care.
* To provide technical advice during the development of literature and educational support systems.
* To establish the need for and promote the range of company products to existing and potential customers, in line with company policy.
* To attend and promote the company and products at trade exhibitions, meetings, and work visits.
* To maintain up-to-date and accurate customer and territory records through CRM and other report formats.
* To maximise the use and sale of company products using high standards of product knowledge and professional selling skills.
* To maintain a technical and educational involvement with clinical nurse specialists to stay up-to-date with current clinical trends and practices.
* To provide a level of service that meets individual customers' needs and expectations through training, education, and support.

Essential Requirements:
* A registered nurse with the INMB.
* Experience in stoma care, with urology experience an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Exceptional listening skills, presentation, and communication skills.
* Effective time management, administrative, and written communication capabilities.
* A full clean driving license and eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Flexible working hours, with the ability to work outside normal office hours if required.
