Job Description: Senior Engineer - Energy Team
This is an opportunity to join our Energy team in Cork, Dublin or Carlow office as a Senior Engineer. You will work closely with fellow professionals, aiding the expansion of the Energy and Planning business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timescales, quality and costs
* Planning and managing CAD documentation of design work, working closely with Project Engineers and Engineering Technicians
* Attend onsite meetings with the client and other professionals
* Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Management Systems
* Comply with relevant health and safety legislation
* Coordinate work with other members of the project team
You will be a key member of our Energy team, responsible for managing various aspects of infrastructure projects including project management, environmental assessment and preliminary design for renewable energy projects.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* 7 years post-graduate experience
* Chartered Engineer status
* Desirable experience in project managing preliminary civil design of renewable energy projects
* High-energy professional with excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
* Ability to engage with external stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors
* Flexible and a good team player
* Works efficiently and on own initiative
* Full driving licence
