The role includes but it not limited to;
Lead, develop and and support the operations department to ensure company operational targets are met, including service retention, delivery and growth.
Ensure the operations department is running well enough to maintain client satisfaction is consistent
Continue to hit contract retention targets whilst maintaining and developing new ones
Drive professional working relationships with all new or current clients and contracts
Follow all of the companies legislative requirements and company procedures
Ensure full delivery of Health and Safety and quality procedures across all sites
Continued recruitment for staffing levels and contract maintenance
Manage and review staff performance and growth
Control overheads and operational costs
Remain knowledgeable and up to date with the companies environmentalcampaigns
Adhere to all accreditations
Key Performance Indicators
Quality standards and customer satisfaction
Contract retention at least 90%
Compliance
Contract expansion, internal sales and cost controls
Staff management, retention and development
Service innovation
A background of working within the Facilities Management, (predominantly soft services) is must, as is a full clean driving licence and a desire to grow within a forward think SME.
