The organisation has grown continuously year-to-year, and this is a newly created post to meet the demands of this ongoing growth and to bring strategic initiatives to improve the work experience of its employees, and to improve retention, compliance, and performance.Reporting to the COO, your role will coordinate the activities and performance of the Human Resources department, operate as a partner to the C-Suite, align operational ambitions with the HR strategy, and manage the HR management team.Your core responsibilitiesDirectly manage the efforts and performance of the HR management team (x3 people)Define and manage the HR budget and resources to meet organisational HR demandsPartner with Chief and Executive Operating staff to understand departmental needs and design and align HR strategies with organisational goalsAssist recruitment activities to continue to attract top talentOversee comprehensive, all-levels training programs, ensuring relevance and qualityRun leadership development programs to ensure succession planning, improve managerial performance, and drive engagementOwnership of HR audits and any escalated internal investigationsReview and maintain HR systems and tools to ensure ongoing suitabilityManage HR data including turnover, retention, etc.Role InformationEmployment: Permanent, full-time.Remuneration: €100k - €115k salary plus benefits package and company carLocation: West Dublin / Kildare, hybrid working model with 3 days per week onsiteProfileEducationMaster’s degree in Human ResourcesExperienceYou possess proven HR leadership at a Head of Human Resources Function or Human Resources Director level.You are a people manager who can coordinate the activities and efforts of a large multidisciplinary team and manage people on an individual level.You have experience designing and implementing HR strategies, and aligning them with organisational goals and targets.Prior experience within the healthcare sector, public or private, and of HIQA compliance, is hugely advantageous.QualitiesStrong leadership skills.Excellent time management, organisation, and resource allocation skills.Adept at problem-solving and taking evidence-based decisions.A great communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to work seamlessly with C-Suite and Senior Operating levels.You possess strong commercial acumen and understand complex business operations.To submit an application please follow the below link or call Brendan on 087 474 1188 for a confidential discussion.
