About the Role
As a Mig Welder, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding process specifications
* Operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
* Preparing machinery for the MIG welding process
* Setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment
* Ensuring safety measures by wearing specialized goggles, helmets, and gloves
* Performing grinding and thermal cutting operations to obtain desired shapes
Work Schedule
You will work from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and until 1:00pm on Fridays.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of three years of experience as a Welder and Fabricator within an engineering setting
* The ability to read engineering drawings
* A strong work ethic and excellent teamwork skills
