Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. Your role will be to identify and engage with potential customers through strategic prospecting.
You will leverage HubSpot's existing leads and generate new interest through calls, social media messaging, and emails.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads
* Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies
* Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads
* Understand customer needs and challenges using sales methodologies
Requirements:
* Desire to work in Tech Sales
* Sales/prospecting experience (not required but a plus)
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Strong focus on goals and ability to achieve them
* Ability to deal with objections and handle coaching
* Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year
