Dublin Alarm Company requires alarm technicians with excellent customer service skills to join their expanding team.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in the field and customer-facing experience.
Transport will be provided.
Key tasks will include:
1. Install, maintain, and repair intruder alarm systems – wired & wireless.
2. Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems – wired & wireless / analogue & IP.
3. Install, maintain, and repair fire detection & alarm systems – wired & wireless / conventional & addressable.
4. Install, maintain, and repair access control systems – wired & wireless / analogue & IP.
5. Provision of the highest level of customer care & technical support.
6. Document operational activities.
Requirements:
1. Have an in-depth knowledge of electronic security / fire technology.
2. Have the ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative.
3. Have a full clean driving license.
4. Be able to work as part of a team.
5. Have a working knowledge of the industry standards.
6. Must have excellent customer care skills.
7. Excellent time management.
8. Up to date safe pass preferable.
Remuneration & Benefits:
1. Salary based on experience.
2. Option to work a four-day week / flexible work week.

Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
