Job Title: Special Lecturer/Clinical Tutor in Physiotherapy
The University College Dublin (UCD) School of Public Health, Physiotherapy & Sports Science invites applications for a temporary post of a Special Lecturer/Clinical Tutor in Physiotherapy. This part-time position is aligned with physiotherapy services in the Louth/Meath area and will support the UCD Director of Clinical Education, Subject Head, Programme Director and Practice Education Team in delivering high-quality academic and practice placement education.
About the Role:
* This role involves supporting the delivery of academic and practice placement education to students in the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy & Sports Science.
* You will work closely with the UCD Director of Clinical Education, Subject Head, Programme Director and Practice Education Team to ensure the provision of high-quality education to students.
* This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE) with a salary scale of €66,872 - €78,748 per annum pro rata.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality academic and practice placement education to students in the UCD School of Public Health, Physiotherapy & Sports Science.
* Work closely with the UCD Director of Clinical Education, Subject Head, Programme Director and Practice Education Team to ensure the provision of high-quality education to students.
* Support the development and implementation of curricula and educational programs in physiotherapy.
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in physiotherapy or a related field.
* Experience in academic or clinical education in physiotherapy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
