Position: Wellness Coach
Location: Dublin, Ireland

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Equip employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
* Lead and participate in wellbeing-related activities during employee training sessions.
* Reach out to employees proactively, inviting them to individual coaching or group workshops.
* Design, organize, and lead psycho-educational sessions, outreach programs, and team-building activities aligned with departmental objectives.
* Develop and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
* Manage projects or activities as assigned by the Wellbeing Team Manager.
* Monitor, collect, and report data on employee progress.
* Lead by example in conduct and ethics in the workplace.
* Provide individual one-on-one sessions for team members at least weekly.
* Facilitate monthly group sessions for all employees.
* Participate in all relevant training programs for the project.
* Stay informed and comply with company policies, safety briefings, and updates.
* Adhere to internal company rules and policies as set by management and HR.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/ fluent in English (C1), both verbal and written.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, working directly with users, clients, or patients.
* Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
* Proficient in using standard office software applications.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team member.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week.
