Project Management Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of customer projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, including planning, execution, control, and monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical and functional analysis, as well as the ability to communicate business requirements to various stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and support teams.
The selected candidate will participate in solution discussions with customers and internally evaluate and propose solution approaches that meet both internal and external needs. They will develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing status overviews and taking ownership of critical issues
* Managing customer UAT sessions and supporting business change processes
* Supporting continuous improvements and working closely with solution architects to ensure decisions meet business/customer needs
* Participating in the solution design with customers and working with the test team to define acceptance criteria
In addition, the successful candidate will have knowledge of existing integrations and will participate in the solution design with customers. They will work with the architecture/development team(s) to implement required integrations with 3rd party systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
* Knowledge of MS SQL and JIRA
* Development Lifecycles
Educational Requirements:
A 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
