Position
Claimsure has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
The successful candidate will liaise with admissions, patients, and healthcare professionals to ensure processes, policies, and procedures are in place to improve the process of health insurance collection within the facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to establish their professional career, regardless of prior experience.
This position offers a platform to learn and develop new skills while gaining valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be based onsite in St. James Hospital but may be required to work on-site at other locations in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Client Accounts using multiple software solutions.
2. Ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
3. Debtor Day Management.
4. Dealing with Patient, Consultant, and Secretary queries and issues complaints.
5. Day-to-day processing & completion of health insurance claims.
6. Credit control.
7. Private Insurance Status Checks.
8. Patient Interviews including Ward visits if necessary.
9. Ad hoc projects that are required.
10. Work as part of a team to provide solutions.

2. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
3. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
