Sales & Pricing Administrator Sandyford €35-40k depending on experience Office based role Staff parking provided Our client are a retail supplier who are now looking for a Sales and Pricing Administrator, operating within the Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate: Knowledge of purchasing systems and experience of retail multiples would be a distinct advantage Previous experience in a sales admin or pricing admin role Highly numerate with attention to detail Highly organised, good communicator and team worker Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking and flexible Customer focused with the ability to operate in a pressurised environment An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the duties of this role will include: Management of all On & Off Trade administration with critical focus on all pricing, promotion submission and communication. Forecasting and analysis are also key elements to the role. Administration of all price files and coordination of NLF's & updating PIM systems. Key all customer pricing & maintain price bands, group promotional activities etc. The ongoing management of the pricing interrelationships between the customers web portals will be a critical element of the job. Coordinate the annual list price update and the related management of customer special prices. Manage other reporting tasks and miscellaneous duties to include representative reports, account reviews & territory amendments. The preparation of presentations for Sales Meetings, customer proposals and other events using Power Point will also be an important element of the job. Provide back-office support for the sales representatives as required Dealing with additional administrative/clerical ad hoc duties as they arise.
