* Validate and iterate concepts with customers and subject matter experts.

What you need to be successful:
* 3+ years of experience in user experience design and design research for B2B2C products.
* Experience with discovering and communicating requirements to development based on user journeys.
* Proficient in design methods and artifacts, such as interaction flows, information architecture, flow diagrams, mental models, wireframes, etc.
* Experience co-facilitating conversations with a diverse group of stakeholders, providing a productive, enjoyable, collaborative experience.
* Familiarity with design thinking, lean, and agile approaches to creating software, with a commitment to learn and improve.
* Comfortable with frequent collaboration between design and product/development teams.
* Strong written and presentation skills – enjoys telling compelling stories.
* Experience with cloud-based applications and complex business processes is a plus.
* Experience with design systems and design tokens is a plus.
