PAYROLL SPECIALIST - DUBLIN 24
Very exciting opportunity to join a leading multi-national chemical company based in D24. They are hiring a Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis with huge progression and opportunities.
YOUR ROLE
·Overseeing all aspects of monthly and weekly payroll systems and processes in Ireland ensuring accurate data provision and attention to detail in high-volume transactional work
·Working with internal HR colleagues locally and our international shared service centers to uphold correct payroll and HR operations processes. Directly liaising with the Finance team for payroll reconciliations and resolving queries.
·Providing crucial data and administrative support for various processes, such as annual salary turnarounds, short-term and long-term bonuses, pension administration and renewals, and other benefits administration.
·Collaborating closely with Third-Party providers of payroll, private medical benefits, external auditors, pension schemes, tax consultants, and other benefit providers.
·Offering administrative support to local HR processes, including updating policies and procedures, contributing to the development of HR data analytics, delivering precise monthly reporting systems, and overseeing weekly tracking of attendance levels and processes.
·Serving as a key contact for day-to-day local HR and Payroll-related queries from employees.
·Providing support for digital transformation projects.
YOUR SKILLS
·A demonstrated ability of attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.
·Competency in HR or equivalent database systems, with the ability to run reports.
·Capability to support employees across the business, whether in the office or at production sites.
·A degree or suitable third-level qualification in a related Payroll, HR, Finance, or data/digital-oriented discipline.
