The Expertise We're Looking For
- 0-2 years' experience, preferably in financial services and/or transaction processing environments.
The Purpose of Your Role
You will work with internal business partners to ensure timely entry and deposit of customer check transactions. You will operate with integrity to protect customer information and maintain Fidelity's standards.

- Ability to quickly coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to take initiative and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic team environment
- Analytical skills with good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Technical orientation with strong MS Office/PC skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills
- Motivation to learn about the business and new technologies
The Value You Deliver
- Reviewing checks submitted by customers to confirm they are in good order for deposit and ensuring each transaction is executed appropriately
- Establishing relationships with US business partners to ensure adherence to Operations policies and procedures and improving the reputation of the team in Ireland
- Prioritizing and handling critical issues/exceptions received from customers and business partners
- Handling and reviewing documented client exception lists to meet client-specific needs
- Participating in various projects and operational improvement initiatives to improve workflow, quality, efficiency and policy & procedures
