Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative / Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves building and managing relationships with key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and representing our brand across the island of Ireland in a competitive and fast-moving market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
* Manage and grow key retail and trade accounts, including pharmacies, health food stores, gyms, and wellness centres.
* Identify and on-board new customers to expand market reach.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Provide product training and support to clients and their teams.
* Conduct regular in-person visits and follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
* Work closely with the marketing team to execute local promotions and brand activations.
* Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in health & wellness, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
* Demonstrated success in key account management and new business development.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish retail and health & wellness landscape.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a proactive approach.
* Willingness to travel across Ireland and Northern Ireland (valid driving license required).
* Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
