We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part Time Front Office Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests upon check-in and check-out, while also upselling and advising where appropriate.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle all guest reservations via phone and email in an efficient manner, adhering to our company standards.
* Experience working with group bookings from enquiry to arrival is essential.
* Proactively upsell all hotel outlets to enhance revenue.
* Show initiative, take ownership, and possess strong attention to detail in completing tasks.
* Attend daily communication meetings to inform teams of arrivals, revenue statistics, and selling rates.
What We Need
* Previous experience working in a reception team within a 3-star or higher hotel.
* Knowledge of Opera Cloud is beneficial, but not required.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* A highly motivated and team-oriented individual who prioritises exceptional guest experiences.
* Proficient in professional English; additional languages are an asset.
* Professional appearance is expected.
* A positive and outgoing attitude, willing to go above and beyond for our guests' satisfaction.
