Head of Business Systems – New IT StrategyThis company is a Global entity with offices in 160+ locations and has embarked on a brand new IT strategy Initiative. You will be part of their initial IT Strategy Senior Leadership Hires. This Head of Business Systems will lead the collaboration between IT and business functions, ensuring that technology initiatives drive business success. This is a senior leadership role where you will bridge the gap between IT and business units, translating strategic goals into impactful technology solutions.You will be responsible for driving and advising Senior Stakeholders on their portfolio, identifying strengths and key areas to focus on advising them with direction in comparison to their competitors in the industry. You will define their roadmaps and collaborate with several departments such as Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering, Operation, Supply chain, and Procurement.You will be key in driving the decision-making of roadmaps, supporting critical decision making and identifying areas of focus for their IT Strategy within the business. Finally, you will be involved in hiring a team of individuals to assist you in understanding the business flows and bridging the gap between business and IT.The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in engineering analytics, ideally with experience in hardware-embedded systems within a global organization. You will have a proven track record of delivering impactful results in highly strategic roles, demonstrating exceptional ability to engage with and influence senior business and IT stakeholders.
