Job Summary
As a proactive and results-driven Account Manager, you will play a dual role in managing existing accounts while driving new sales opportunities for our global construction company. This position involves building strong relationships with diverse customers across various sites, including construction projects, production facilities, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong partnerships with customers by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
* Manage and nurture existing accounts, fostering sustainable, long-term relationships that drive revenue growth.
* Effectively manage your territory, identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities to expand our market reach.
* Provide tailored solutions and technical advice during site visits to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B or field sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction benchmarks.
* Professional, organized, and a natural people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A full, clean driver's license is essential for this role, which requires regular travel to customer sites.
