Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) required for a newly opened 90-bed nursing home located in Co Waterford.
Position Overview:
The post of Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) reports to the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. The role will be responsible for providing clinical leadership support, assisting with managing the day-to-day clinical practices in the home, and appropriate staff rostering. The CNM will work collaboratively with the ADON and Healthcare Manager as part of the team in the Nursing Home, providing clear communication and direction. The position reports to the Director of Nursing / Person in Charge.
Daily Activities:
1. Checking staff rosters and getting cover for absences.
2. Must be a good communicator; it is vital to the smooth running of any home that staff, residents, and relatives are well-informed.
3. Implement Company Health and Safety Policy to safeguard the safety and welfare of staff, residents, and others.

Qualifications:
1. First level registration.
2. Registered on appropriate part of the Irish live register.
3. Evidence of continuous Professional Development.
4. Previous management experience.
