Graduate Business Development Manager is required for a growing MedTech company based in County Tipperary. The company designs and manufactures tailored powered and non-powered mobile workstations based on the customer’s requirements, supporting both commercial Pharma organisations and the NHS.
The Graduate Business Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Business Development. These tasks will include building an extensive map of contacts within the account, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting the external Account Management team with larger projects.
Full training and natural promotional opportunities will be available for the suitable candidate. This is a full-time role on site and offers a competitive salary + benefits package (Includes OTE).
Key responsibilities for the Graduate Business Development Manager include:
* Maintaining an acceptable level of activity with calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn).
* Arranging appointments/demonstrations of the full product set.
* Assisting with quotations.
* Building plans to target specific accounts.
* Building an accurate map of contacts for the account.
* Building rapport with key decision makers within the hospitals.
* Maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities and projects.
* Keeping CRM fully up to date.
Candidate Requirements:
* The confidence to liaise with senior contacts within NHS environments.
* The candidate will need to be comfortable with CRM activity and pipeline management, and work towards agreed KPIs.
* The ability to confidently discuss our product range via virtual demonstrations from their demo room in the UK.
Ambition to move into an external role once fully up to speed with the sales process.
