Psychotherapists (Full-time, Part-time and Sessional)
We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join the team working across both the survivor and prevention programmes. The successful candidate will provide long-term depth psychotherapy, and more targeted and structured counselling interventions to survivors. They will also provide individual and group therapeutic risk management interventions to those who have committed sexual offences against children and co-facilitate psycho-educational support groups to family members impacted by sexual abuse.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
* Commitment to providing the highest standards of service that can evolve to meet our clients' needs.
* Personal resilience and flexibility to successfully engage with a diverse range of service users.
* Strong emotional intelligence, listening and communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
* Experience working in the area of trauma and a commitment to implement evidence-based approaches towards clients.
* An ability to foster strong working relationships with external agencies, stakeholders and organisations.
