We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Design & System Integration Manager to join our team.
This role will focus on analysing, optimising, and streamlining business processes across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both business operations and DMS functionality, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend system-driven solutions that improve overall business performance.

Identify opportunities for process automation, system integration, and improvements within the ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes are aligned and configure the systems to meet organisational needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance DMS system use and streamline business processes across the dealerships.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional processes.
Engage with business units (e.g., Sales, Service, Parts, Finance) to understand their workflows and system usage, identifying pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
Gather and document business requirements, providing system solutions through configurations or enhancementsthat address business needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse business data from the systems to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor process performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process changes and monitor theongoing performance of business workflows.
Training, Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide training and support to business users on process improvements, DMS functionalities, and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
Document process workflows and DMS system configurations for training and reference purposes.
Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and process optimisation best practices to recommend continuous improvements Promote a culture of process improvement within the organisation, driving efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Desirable experience and skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of experience working with a DMS in a business analysis or process improvement capacity.
Experience in analysing and improving business processes, with a focus on technology solutions in the automotive sector.
A high level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills are essential for the role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map, analyse, and improve business processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organisation.
Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Work well as part of a team with previous coaching experience Be self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
