Job Title: Human Resources Manager
5* Hotel in Cork seeks a full-time Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee HR operations and duties.
* Encourage employee engagement through effective communication.
* Implement initiatives to improve the working environment.
* Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities:
* Advise and support department heads on recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.
* Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company and statutory procedures.
* Arrange refresher training and schedule training as required.
Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources Management.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in 4/5* Hotel HR Management role.
* Thorough knowledge of Irish employment law and Hotel Industry best practice.
