We are looking for a Technical Facilities Manager to join our team on a Full-time basis.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 07:00-15:30
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment, machinery, and systems within the industrial facility.
* Ensuring that operations run efficiently, equipment is maintained at optimal performance, and downtime is minimised.
* Leading a team of maintenance technicians and developing, implementing, and maintaining a proactive maintenance program.
* Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive maintenance strategy for equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
* Planning and scheduling preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to optimize asset reliability and performance.
* Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the Plant CMMS / CAFM system.
* Managing, training, and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians to ensure high levels of technical performance.
* Developing and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to source necessary parts and services.
* Preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Leading the effort to identify opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
* Utilising Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure analysis to address issues and improve equipment performance.
* Maintaining detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for compliance audits.
Requirements:
* 5 Years' Experience working in a similar role
* Certificate / Diploma or Senior Trades in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation
* Proven experience leading a team of technicians and managing maintenance projects.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
* Flexibility required for the on-call requests
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with CMMS
