Customer Service and Office Administrator – Ballymount, Dublin 12
Office Based role – Parking provided
Salary: Depending on experience (circa €32-40k)
Our client is a well-established engineering company and is now looking for an experienced office administrator to join their team.
Duties:
* General office duties
* Answering and responding to incoming calls and emails from customers
* Generating reports for customers, contractors, and management through internal systems as well as EXCEL & WORD
* Extensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy with internal systems
* Understanding customer needs, queries, and requirements and acting on them to ensure customer satisfaction
* Providing excellent customer service to all customers
* Electronic & manual filing & scanning
* Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required
Requirements:
* Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service / office administration role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience in admin within a service / engineering environment is an advantage
* Written and spoken English
* IT literate
* Numerical efficiency
* Good administrative skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Good attitude to work
* Good interpersonal skills
* Discretion in relation to confidential information
* Experience in the fire safety business is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
